Ronda offers a great variety of cultural acts and events
throughout the whole year; from direct concerts, art and social
expositions, folkloric gatherings, gastronomic, literary,
political, etc...

Pregón beginning of festivity in the Espinel Theatre.
Elaboration and tasting of the popular migas in La Plaza de los

Carnival Agrupation Parade
Fantasy march that goes around the streets of the city full of
music, lights and color.
Popular Fair in Plaza del Socorro.
Burning of the figure and farewell of the carnival.
Andalusian week
Sponsored by the Cultural Delegation of Ronda's Magnificent City
Council.
Concerts and several representations for both kids and adults.

brotherhoods and convents of Ronda.

Real Fair of May
It takes place during the second week of May and it’s celebrated
since the Catholic Kings. It involves competitions of horses and
bullfighting.
It takes place in the oldest Fair Enclosure in Andalusia of a
rural, artistic and touristic ambit, in this fair we can obtain
articles from the mountain chain, see new mechanic novelties,
try products of the land, wines, hams, cheeses, etc. Admire the
cattle, collaborate in horse exhibitions, woodcrafts, etc. see
the new tourism propositions.

Fair of Pedro de Romero
Dedicated to the mythical bullfighter from Ronda Pedro Romero,
who introduced the famous muleta in the
bullfights, its the most important festivity and it has reached
great importance, mainly do the practice
of Goyesque Bullfights, when the bullfighter and all the people
who help them dress up with customs from
Goya's time and with decorations taken from Goya's paintings.
Declared of touristic, national interest in
Andalusia.
March of fairs
Downtown Fair,
During the whole week the streets of Ronda feel up with colors,
music and people dressed with the typical
clothes of the city, the fair moves to the city during the hours
of light.
